It uses a 660nm laser as its light source, and when the light emitted by the laser source encounters suspended matter in the water, it will be reflected, and the reflected light will be detected by an optical detector set at a 90-degree angle to the laser source. This unique detection structure and automatic temperature-light compensation method not only improve the accuracy of turbidity detection, but also ensure its accuracy. ARM7 data processor is used for data processing inside the sensor, and efficient digital filtering algorithm is used to avoid noise interference. At the same time, it also uses standard Modbus digital signal output, which is convenient for users to connect it to computer monitoring system.
The online turbidity sensor is used for real-time monitoring of drinking water quality. Its working principle is based on 90 scattering detection, by emitting laser light of a specific wavelength as the light source. When light encounters suspended matter in water, some of it is reflected back to a stationary optical detector. This reflected light is called scattered light. By measuring the intensity of scattered light, we can calculate the concentration of suspended matter in the water and thus obtain the turbidity concentration value. This sensor has a unique photoelectric receiving structure and automatic temperature and light compensation function, which further improves the accuracy and stability of turbidity detection. In addition, the sensor is equipped with an ARM7 data processor, which can process data efficiently and eliminate noise interference using digital filtering algorithms.
